One in a series of fantasy castles, "Hard to Visit Neighbors" plays with the relationship between perspective and two dimensionality. Here, it is the unseen rather than the seen which gives significance to this image. The castles which seem to almost grow out of the landscape, are so similar and yet so remote from each other, separated by a canyon of imaginary proportions.
